The operation failed with error code '32791'

This operation error occurred while I tried to start a virtual machine in the list 'AMS DC' which I've named as a domain controller.









At first, I run the virtual machine stored on a different hard disk with the help of a docking HDD device due to the reason my laptop SDD runs at lower storage.
Before I power on the laptop I first prioritise to set the docking HDD device first and power it on and then continuing to power on the laptop.

Once I start the 'Hyper-V Manager' and click to run the required virtual machine, this matter of error popped out. As I continued to power up another virtual machine nothing interfered then. It was successful.

Solution Made Me Correct

At first, completely turned off all the powered-on virtual machines.

 





   






Then all the services were stopped as shown below.

Afterwards, I removed the local virtualization server as shown below.

Thereafter I continued to connect the server back again from the option 'Connect to Server...' once you click on 'Hyper-V Manager' on the left side column. Then I did not continue to power up the virtual machines instead I selected the faulty virtual machine and went to the option 'Edit Disk...' on the right-side column. Hereafter I continued this wizard until 'Finish' specifying the faulty virtual machine during the wizard. As shown below.
